Our Commitment
Southern Gateway Alliance is committed to actively involving the community and stakeholders throughout the project’s development and delivery and has established a Community Relations Team to achieve this goal.
We aim to:
- understand and embrace the needs of our customers, the community and stakeholders.
- provide excellent customer service to all those who interact with the Alliance
- build long lasting relationships
- act as a good neighbour while working in your community.
Keeping You Informed
The Community Relations Team will use a range of tools and activities to raise awareness of the project and our progress, and collaboratively resolve issues that may emerge.
Some of the tools we will use to achieve this include:
- working closely with affected land owners
- holding regular meetings with our Technical Working Groups and special interest groups
- conducting information sessions to local community groups and industry
- distributing project updates.
We will strive to minimise our impact to the greatest extent possible by providing advance notice, effectively programming our works and implementing on-site management plans.
Members of the public who would like to receive updates about the project are invited to register to be included in the database.
Members of the public are also welcome to submit any comments about the Mandurah Entrance Road to the project team for consideration.
The Community Relations Team is available to answer your questions and will liaise with the project team to provide specific responses to your enquiries.
